Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-In Time: 2:00 P.M.
• Check-Out Time: 12:00 P.M.

Room Occupancy

• Standard occupancy applies to Club Rooms, Jacuzzi Rooms, Pool Room - Two, and Villa - Six.
• Maximum Guests / Room: 3 Adults (Above 15 years) OR 2 Adults + 2 Kids (Below 15 years)
• Maximum Guests / Villa: 9 Adults (Above 15 years) OR 6 Adults + 3 Kids (Below 15 years)

Booking Policy

• Allotment is subject to 100% advance payment.
• All tariffs are calculated per room, per night.
• Valid photo ID proof is mandatory at check-in. No room will be allotted without it.
• PAN card is required if the bill amount exceeds ₹20,000/-.
• Final bill settlement must be done before checkout.
• Rates include:
  • Pool Room: Tariffs + Pool Charges
  • Jacuzzi Room: Tariffs + Jacuzzi Charges
  • Villa: Pool + Jacuzzi + Lounge Charges

Guest Policy

• Unmarried couples are not allowed. No refund will be provided if check-in is denied.
• Pets are not allowed.
• One child below 5 years is complimentary. Second child (even under 5 years) will be charged. Children above 5 years will be charged extra.
• Guests must supervise children in all areas including play and pool areas. Resort management is not responsible for accidents.

Swimming Pool Guidelines

• Common pool is not temperature-controlled.
• Private Pool Room and Villa Water Temperature:
  • March to September: Pool is temperature-controlled.
  • January to March and October to December: Pool maintained at 23°C - 25°C.
• Please confirm exact dates and conditions during reservation.

Modifications, Cancellations & Lockdowns

• Date modifications/amendments are treated as per the cancellation policy.
• Cancellation policy link is available during the reservation process. Please review before proceeding with payment.
• In case of a country-wide lockdown, open vouchers (credit shells) will be issued.
• Early check-in and late check-out will not be allowed.
• Advance refunds as per cancellation policy.

Legal & Compliance

• Guests must follow government regulations regarding registrations, alcoholic drinks, firearms, etc.
• RIGHT TO ADMISSION RESERVED.
• All disputes are subject to Indore Jurisdiction.
